COSTING ADMINISTRATOR DURBAN

Our client based in Durban is looking for a Costing Administrator. The Costing Administrator will be responsible for managing the general and basic financial administrative functions. The candidate must have a Costing experience in a printing company environment.

Responsibilities:

Apply basic understanding of costing principles to perform various job functions.
Perform amortization calculation of investment for various components.
Draw information from different sources and perform calculations to assist in margin analysis.
Create a summary of cost studies for verification with the Customer and validate these studied with the manager.
Receive quotations and edit documents to meet the requirements of the Customer format.
Perform ad hoc general costing and sales administration on request.
Receive and analyse various incoming requests from clients.
Provide clients with accurate quotations.
Work with different currencies during calculation.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Maintaining company accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
Assisting in annual audit by providing auditors with required information to verify accounts.
Any other ad hoc duties required.
Processing invoices.
Attending to queries.
Reconciling supplier accounts.
Vendor payments
Additional duties as designated by management.
